Please inspect your package upon delivery. If you see any damage, make a note on the delivery receipt before signing. If you can’t inspect it right away, we suggest signing with “suspect damage” noted. If the product itself is damaged, send clear photos to support@theoasisdepot.com, and we’ll help you with a replacement or appropriate resolution.
