What if my product arrives damaged?

We take great care in delivering your order safely, but if you notice any damage to the package or item upon arrival, please document it immediately.

Before signing for delivery, inspect the packaging for visible damage. If any damage is present, even to the box, note it when signing.
✔ If you suspect hidden damage but cannot open the package during delivery, write “suspect damage” on the receipt.
✔ If your product does arrive damaged, take clear photos and email them to support@theoasisdepot.com. We will quickly process a replacement or refund—typically within one business day.
