Refunds & Returns Policy
At The Oasis Depot, we want you to shop with confidence, knowing that our return and refund process is straightforward and hassle-free.
1. Return Time Frame
π You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns beyond this period.
2. Shipping Costs
π If the item is defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.
π If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
3. Defective or Damaged Products
πΉ If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 30 days of receiving your order.
πΉ We will arrange for a free return and inspect the item upon receipt.
πΉ Once confirmed, we will offer a replacement or provide a full refund, including your original shipping cost.
4. Change of Mind Returns
πΉ If you decide you no longer want the item, you may return it within 30 days, provided it is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
πΉ Return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
πΉ Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund for the item price, minus the original shipping cost.
5. Refund Process
π³ Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email.
π³ Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
π³ Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account.

Restocking Fees
